What is The Scratch 4 Bloomin' (The S4B)?

The S4B was founded by SAKI SUTO and MIKA in 2005, and they are well-known in the dance industry for their creativity. They are skilled in a variety of disciplines in the Performing Arts, including Choreography, Instruction, and Production. They are currently located in the San Francisco Bay Area, but are traveling for worldwide performances from New York to Japan. In addition, they are hoping to expand their team and so they are keeping their eyes open for undiscovered talent.
